Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of items, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same condition as when delivered including original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Customers are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
For returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Please do not send back your purchase - we will provide you with instructions on where to send return goods. Once a return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment shortly after.
Homegrown monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
We hope that you absolutely love and enjoy your new product(s) from Homegrown! Please note that Homegrown must be notified if your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship within 72 hours of receipt of goods to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
All items are made to order and handmade. Unfortunately delays and malfunctions can occur during this process. We try are very best to make sure everything runs as SMOOTHLY as possible, but in the end we are human :) If your order has a comment on the packaging slip this means that a a bump has occurred and we are working our fastest to get the missing item shipped! You will also be notified by email of these kind of delays/partial shipping.
Our hand made mama wraps and bows take and approx. 3-5 days to complete after processing the order!
Our Handmade Graphics take 10-14 days as these items are made to order. This means the shirt will be ordered in your color specified and size when order is placed. After I receive the item I immediately press and get ready to get it out to you!
Handmade sewn outfits (such as peplums, leggings, etc.) has a 2-3 week timeline to complete and get to you!
This times are our best estimates and we try our absolute hardest to get these items to you before the times above. However, This times do not include weather. Bleached items must be done outside on a well lighted day or item will not turn out properly. With this being said if it is cloudy, rainy, dark I am unable to bleach those items those days which may push processing times. Times may also be moved if you are ordering a viral item. This means this item was a HIGH request!! Which as exciting as this is it may delay your time as stated we are a family owned and ran business and handmade each item we are not a large corporation. We greatly appreciate your support and understanding to these!
It is recommended to wash all graphic tees (screen printed and white toner designs) to be washed inside out in a cold wash with mild detergent. For drying it is best to line dry but we understand that sometimes this isn't always an option so it is recommended to dry inside out on a low heat tumble!
For Vinyl designs (will be specified in the items description) It is best to wash inside out on cold with mild detergent (vinyl cannot be washed with fabric softener as it will loosen the adhesive causing peeling) and tumble dry on low. Air drying is best recommend!
Avoid using chemicals, solvents, perfume, jewelry cleaners, or any aerosol products near the earrings. In the case that it becomes dirty, wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
Damage during wash
We are not responsible for items to be damaged during the wash if you are unable to follow the proper care instructions stated above and every package includes a care card as well! If a damage does happen during the wash you can reach out to us in the "contact us" tab and we can discuss if you qualify for a partial refund/exchange in product.
